Preparation of brownie

Recipe of thermomix

Ingredients:
150 grams walnuts
150 grams chocolate
150 grams sugar
3 eggs
100 grams butter
70 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 shred salt

Preparation:
Oven to 180 degrees.
walnuts 4 seconts speed 4.
chocolate 15 seconts speed 5-10.


With butterfly :
Sugar , eggs 5 minuts 37 degrees speed 3.
Add butter and chocolate 6 seconds speed 2.

Remove butterfly:
In rectangular mold the butter and flour,in the oven 20-25 minutes.

Serve with sugar or chocolate sprinkles.
